Ninja Foodi Smart Grill 5-in-1 notes

In December 2020, I bought myself a Ninja Foodi Smart Grill 5-in-1 from Costco. As I experiment with cooking in my new multi-cooker, these are my notes as I refine processes and recipes. There isn’t a lot here yet, but I hope to make this a robust index of things I’ve tried.
